Description
„Kata“ is the smallest of all the apartments and a cozy place to spend time as a couple or young family with a child.
It’s a one-room apartment on the first floor, in the south-east of the house. The double bed consist of two mattresses, each 0.90cm. There is an open kitchen, two plate stove, fridge, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster. Place to eat with three chairs, shower, WC, small balcony. Cozy furniture. Tile floor. WiFi, SAT TV, heating and tax inclusive.

Service
There is a parking space in the yard. The house has a fence and is being closed at night thru a gate. You will get 24h access due to a key. Towels, Sheets and the cleaning service in the end are all inclusive. Further mattresses or sleeping arrangements can be arranged if you wish. Washing machine, bike and climate rentals are extra. There is a possibility to grill and sit outside in the big garden. The owners live on the ground floor, speak excellent german, croatian and english.

We’ve got a wound pad as well as baby bed linen and a baby and children’s chair and table.

Beschreibung
Kata ist die kleinste aller Wohnungen und ein richtiges Kleinod für den Urlaub zu zweit oder mit der Kleinfamilie.

Service
Parkplätze stehen auf dem Hof zur Verfügung (siehe Abbildung links). Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und wird des nachts durch ein Tor verschlossen. Sie erhalten Schlüssel für die Wohnung und Eingangstür mit denen Sie jederzeit Zugang zu Haus und Parkplatz erhalten. Die Endreinigung zum Abschluss Ihres Besuches ist im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls im Preis inbegriffen (Wöchentlicher Wäschewechsel auf Wunsch). Zusatzmatratze kann auf Anfrage bereit gestellt werden. Waschmaschine, Fahrräder, Bootsvermietung (extra). Es gibt einen Freisitz und Grill zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Vermieter wohnen im Erdgeschoss, sprechen u.a. sehr gut deutsch.
