The building lies in the centre of Sv. Filip i Jakob and close to the historical old part (pink circle in the picture above). The infrastructure is good and the arrival easy, public transportation (bus) is in walking distance and most importantly very close to the beach. The view out of the balconies is very green, because of a private park that seperates the house from the sea.

The House

The building is a multi-familiy house, in a calm and sunny area. It has three floors, the lowest is private, and the other each have two holiday apartments in different size and individual styles. All of the apartments have balconies. Also, the house is surrounded by a fence and the big gate is being closed at night. Fruit trees, olives, grapes, herbs and flours create the perfect, familiar, mediterranean flair. In the garden, there is a barbecue place for common sharing. Parking spaces are within the premises in the yard.

The Neighbors

The neighbor properties are developed on three of the sides. As written above, the one on the sea side is a heritage-protected park with a diversity of rare trees. The view in the park during a light thunderstorm in the fall:

Infrastructure

The domestic atmosphere around the house, guarantees a space where questions of all sorts are welcome and the owners are happy to help you out with all kinds of tips. Also, the beach, supermarkets, bars, cafés, bakeries, butchershops, the everyday fresh, local market, the pharmacy, hairdresser and playground are wishing a 5minute walking distance and make your stay very comfortable. Spontaneous short trips are easy made and the amazing nature gives plenty to see.

The property is being locked during the night, giving a safe feeling.

Washingmachine, bike and boat rentals are extra. Climate 5,-€/night.

The owners live on the ground floor and speak excellent german, english and croatian.

On the map further down you can see our house. On the left handside of the village center, there is a small forrest. That is the Park Falco Borelli, that is our neighboring park. The square on the left is a waterball Stadium, and in the winter a small harbor.  The beeline to the sea is approx. 300m.
